I was called on a domestic cleaning in East Hills today for a quote on a regular clean on a weekly schedule only to find it was my old customer i had seven years ago.
To my surprise she new me and kept my details but she did not tell me her real name, even though the voice was familiar to me it had been a long time anyway.
When i got to the job and she opened the door and it was funny because i did recognize her strait away, she had been in England since and now she is back, was cleaning her home in Cronnula before for about 4 years till they whole family went overseas.
House cleaning in East Hills now has an old customer back with Rad Cleaning Services and hope to be for as long as possible as she is great.
This time she has a three bedroom place as before it was six bedroom mansion but kids have grown up and its just four of them now, parents and two teenagers.
They just bought this home and its lovely real stunner with pool and gym and real cool gardens, not as big as before for me which is great and now have to fit her in somewhere as she is very flexible so should be cool.
Its great to see an old face and to hear of their experience in England as there was work related reason they went there in the first place and now settled back home and they are happy to be back they said.
Well I am glad they kept my details and to have them back on board because great customers are what makes my work worth while and keeps my inspired to deliver great cleaning.
